Kajabi provides the primary platform for our website, the course, email marketing, newsletters, and subscriber management. When you sign up to receive the guide, join the book launch list, subscribe to Insights, enrol in the course, or interact with most of our website, your information is processed through Kajabi.
Fasthosts
Fasthosts provides the hosting for a small number of additional pages on the site that run on WordPress. Information submitted through these pages is processed by Fasthosts and, where relevant, passed into Kajabi for ongoing communication.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics provides the analytics that help us understand how the site is used.
These providers process your information on our behalf, under contract, and only for the purposes we specify.
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
Some of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. This includes Kajabi, which is headquartered in California, and Google Analytics. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, we ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards under UK data protection law, including standard contractual clauses and the data processing terms agreed with each provider.

How long we keep it
We keep your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
Email subscriber records are kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and for a reasonable period after unsubscribing for record keeping.
Course enrolment records are kept for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes.
