What the book covers
It begins with the Project Illusion and the diagnostic case for why most multi project organizations underdeliver, then develops the core concepts, including the Coordination Ceiling, shared resource dynamics, and the economic logic of flow at the portfolio level.
It draws on the foundational work of Stephen Devaux, Jan Willem Tromp, Albert Ponsteen, and Oleksii Mikhalevich, with contributed chapters and material from each.
